I used to skip stretching all the time—it seemed like an unnecessary extra step. But as I started incorporating it into my routine, I noticed how much better I felt overall. Stretching isn’t just for flexibility; it’s essential for long-term health and mobility. Here’s why daily stretching matters and how to make it part of your day.

Stretching improves circulation, which helps your muscles recover faster after exercise. I’ve found that a few simple stretches after a workout prevent soreness and make me feel more energized.
